SSO. No passwords. Fine-grained roles.
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace via our in-house OIDC SSO. Four built-in roles with a configurable per-tenant permission matrix.
Security
Security and isolation are built into the data layer — not bolted on afterwards.
PostgreSQL Row-Level Security at the data layer. Application logic bypasses cannot expose cross-tenant data.
AES-256-GCM for GPS coordinates and notes. Per-tenant keys held in HashiCorp Vault.
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace via our in-house OIDC SSO. Four roles, configurable permission matrix per tenant. No local passwords.
CORS allowlisting, per-user and per-tenant rate limits, JWT issuer and audience validation.
Compliance
DPIA completed for location data, journey monitoring, vehicle data and multi-tenant processing.
ISMS documentation in place and ready for certification if ever required.
All sensitive operations logged. Configurable retention with a legal minimum retention floor.
Controls documented and tracked as part of our ongoing security programme.
ISO 27001 positioning reflects our ISMS framework and controls — not a certified status.
Simple, volume-based licensing
Enterprise capabilities included by default. No feature gates, no security add-ons. Pay purely on active platform users — minimum 10 users, on 6-month or 1-year contracts.

Users are active platform users — drivers and ops staff who sign in. Minimum 10 users, on a 6-month or 1-year contract.

Blended £5.00 per user across 350 users
Billed monthly — costs more. Annual billing (1-year contract) saves 5%.

This is an estimate based on active platform users. 10-user minimum on 6-month or 1-year contracts. Annual billing is available on 1-year contracts only and saves 5%. Contact us for multi-tenant discounts or custom volume pricing.
Licensing is priced per active platform user, per month, and charged in bands: £5.00 for the first 500 users, £3.75 for users 501–750, and £2.50 for users above 750. The bands are marginal, so a 600-user fleet pays £5.00 for its first 500 users and £3.75 for the remaining 100 — £2,875 per month. There is a 10-user minimum, on 6-month or 1-year contracts, and annual billing on a 1-year contract saves 5%.
All enterprise capabilities are included by default — the full SLA, single sign-on, role controls and custom branding. There are no feature gates and no security add-ons; you pay purely on the number of active platform users.
Tenant isolation is enforced by PostgreSQL Row-Level Security at the database layer rather than in application code, so an application bug cannot expose another tenant's data. GPS coordinates and notes are additionally encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM using per-tenant keys held in HashiCorp Vault.
Sign-in uses our own OpenID Connect implementation, with Microsoft 365 / Entra ID and Google Workspace as the supported identity providers. FluxTrackOS does not store passwords — authentication is delegated entirely to your identity provider. Each tenant can be pinned to its own provider organisation, so a token from an unrelated directory cannot sign in by matching an email domain. There are four built-in roles (admin, manager, operator and driver) with a permission matrix that is configurable per tenant.
The driver app is native on both platforms — Swift on iOS and Kotlin on Android. The operations portal is browser-based and needs no installation, providing a live map, registration lookup, journey drill-down and role-based dashboards.
No. Location is captured only at discrete events — the start and end of a journey — and never continuously in the background. The mobile app asks for explicit consent before accessing location services, and drivers can review that consent at any time.
Yes. The driver app is offline-tolerant and built for low-signal depots. Handovers are guided and typically complete in under a minute, capturing GPS, drop-off photos and key-location notes.
A DPIA has been completed for location data, journey monitoring, vehicle data and multi-tenant processing under UK and EU GDPR. ISO 27001 is a different matter: our ISMS documentation is in place and ready for certification if required, but FluxTrackOS is not ISO 27001 certified. Cyber Essentials controls are documented and tracked, and all sensitive operations are recorded in an audit log with configurable retention above a legal minimum.
